Do I have to bring the car anywhere?

No. The work happens where the car already is, at home, at work or at the roadside. The van carries the diagnostic equipment, the key cutting and programming kit and the common parts.

Can you help if I have lost every key?

Yes. Keys are cut to code and programmed to the car on site, including immobiliser and lock faults. You do not need a key present to start.

Is this the same equipment a main dealer uses?

Dealer-level diagnostic equipment and module coding, plus ECU and module repair on the bench in the van rather than sending units away.

Will I know what it costs before you start?

Yes. The fault gets diagnosed first, then you are told what the repair involves and what it costs. Nothing is replaced without asking you.

Which areas do you cover?

Lancashire and Greater Manchester. If you are near the edge of either county it is still worth ringing, most places are reachable.
